"Hello, my name is Kateryna Yashchuk, and I am the founder of BCoint. I would like to say a few words about myself so that you, as users, can touch the history of BCoint and understand where it all came from.

I have been in business since I was very young, from the cashier at a disco at the age of 14 to the director of a restaurant at the age of 18. I have always been interested in accounting and everything related to it. Later, my husband and I started working with coffee. We opened our first coffee shop in 2017. And in 2020 we already had 6 fully-fledged coffee shops.

All this time, doing accounting for various companies, analyzing all the advantages and disadvantages of accounting programs, I began to dream a little about creating my own. This dream had been growing and became more of a goal, many things seemed unreal and impossible to me, but the dream was stronger.

I am incredibly grateful to the whole team we have been working with for a long time - you are all great guys. And, although at this stage not all of our wishes and functions have been implemented, I can confidently assure everyone who is reading this article - we will do everything possible that you will never regret choosing us.

BCoint helps your organization improve your business processes with the help of analysis and automation. It is able to let you model, create, edit, and run all of the business processes in your organization and also collect data and analytics. Trading in the institution takes place through BCoint POS app. The app can be installed on any Android and iOS devices (iOS 13+, Android 6.0+). Administration, analytics, menu creation and customization, reports, promotions, statistics, customer base, financial movements, and more can be tracked from any device in the web version.

To start using the service, you just need to register in the web panel and download the application for iOS or Android.

You can register in the web panel. After confirming the registration, you need to set up the institution to get started. To do this, open the "Profile of the institution" tab, fill in the required general data and click "Add institution".

To start working in the BCoint POS terminal you need:

  1. Download the program "BCoint POS" from the App Store or Play Market.
  2. Enter the login and password you registered with.
  3. Click the "Login" button.
  4. Use the terminal with ease! :)

To create a product, open the web version of BCoint.

Press "Menu" — "Products" — "+ add a product".

* Add pictures and photos to products to make it easier for employees to find menu items.

To create an ingredient, press "Menu" — "Ingredients" — "+ add an ingredient".

To create a tech.card, press "Menu" — "Tech.card" — "+ add a tech.card".
